Our Chair “Next Generation Networks”, led by Prof. Magedanz, organizes the workshop series Open Source Mobile Network Technologies for the students that would like to get hands-on experience with the latest 5G technologies. Students are warmly invited to participate and deepen their knowledge.

Experiment with the latest open source mobile network technologies guided by our researchers. Students bring own notebook with Linux. Step by step instructions will be provided for each lab.

Being a Meet&Greet event, you have the opportunity to ask our researchers about their current work, while also trying by yourself the main open source technologies for mobile networks, solving step by step the tasks we proposed in each lab.

Registration is possible for all workshops or for individual workshops, mentioning the sessions you would like to attend.
